Reference resources include encyclopedias, dictionaries, and handbooks are a great entry point into researching a style, period, artist, subject, etc.

The print reference resources are found in the North Reference Room on the Main Level of the library. They are organized by Library of Congress Call Number and include all of the Ns and TRs
