Thesis Submission Info

Seniors must submit a correctly formatted thesis to the library online portal no later than Friday, May 12 at 12noon. Correct formatting is a requirement for submission. 

Need help? You can schedule a time to with a librarian via the requesting appointment form.

If need help with the thesis template, make an appointment with CUS. 

This guide contains the updated formatting and submission guidelines for thesis students. Information found elsewhere, such as the senior handbook, may be incorrect or incomplete. This guide is subject to change.

General Library Information

Research Help

Librarians are available for each discipline. They can help you navigate databases, obtain materials, help with copyright, use images, cite resources, or interpret thesis requirements. Please contact your subject librarian with any questions.

 

Borrowing and Due Dates

Thesis students can check books out until the last day of their graduating semester. For information on getting books and other materials for your thesis please see our Get Books webpage. If you need help finding or obtaining materials for your thesis, contact your subject librarian.

 

Purchasing Books and Media

If we do not own a resource that would be integral to your thesis, contact your subject librarian as we may be able to purchase either a physical or digital copy.

 

Thesis Desk and Lockers

Thesis shelves and thesis desks are available for the Spring 2023 semester. Lockers are available free of charge. If you have any questions, please Ask a Librarian
