Finding Supplies

If you can't find what you need at the Reed Bookstore, there are a variety of art suppliers within walking distance from Reed. Click 'View larger map' to see nearby stores.

If you are looking for medium or technique specific stores, try searching that term + 'suppliers' i.e. 'glass suppliers' or 'clay suppliers.'

If you are looking for cheap materials, try searching for 'second hand art supplies' for options in your area.

Meetups and Classes

Meetup is a great resource to find out about local event and groups in your interest areas. You can discover groups without signing up, though it is free to join.

Try searching for Arts Centers in your town, or check out local college's auditing programs. Many art supply stores also offer a variety of classes to their community.

PNCA offers open life drawing sessions during the school year for free (18+). Visit the community education site to see all their free and paid offerings. For Fall 2020 all workshops will be online.
