If you are Reed College student and live off-campus in one of these counties,
use your current address.
In Oregon: Clackamas County except for Johnson City; Hood River County;
Multnomah County; and Washington County
In Washington: Clark County; Klickitat County; Skamania County; and
some areas of Cowlitz County (cities of Ariel, Cougar or Woodland, and Yale Precinct)
To register for a new Multnomah County Library card online, visit the Get a Library Card page to fill out the necessary form. Make sure to read the agreements. Click Send.
You will receive an email shortly after with your temporary library card number. This number can be used to instantly access e-books and audiobooks, streaming TV and movies, news and magazines, and databases.
You will need to pick up your official library card within 6 months of your application. The library branch will require photo identification to complete this process, so bring both your government ID and your current Reed ID.
The closest branch to the Reed campus is Woodstock, but many locations are reachable by transit. See the list of locations and location map for addresses and hours. (The TriMet website can help you plan your trip.)
