When formatting image citations in Turabian style, follow the guidelines below for the Turabian Style Guide. Check with your advisor to determine if a list of images is required. If so, use the same format for notes in the bibliography.
Format
Artist’s name (first then last), the title of the artwork (italicize titles of paintings and sculptures but set all other titles in quotation marks), creation date, repository name (including city and state), title of the online site, format type, URL, access date (in parentheses).

Format
Artist/Creator, Title, date, book, (Publisher, Year), page number.
